Welcome to BuckUtils — a privacy-first productivity toolkit developed and maintained by DigiTeCultra. This Privacy Policy is a binding statement of our data practices and our commitment to your digital privacy.

BuckUtils was designed from the ground up with one uncompromising principle: your data belongs to you, and only you. We do not have access to it. We do not want access to it. We have intentionally built our infrastructure — or rather, the deliberate absence of infrastructure — so that it is technically impossible for us to collect, view, intercept, or process any information you enter into this application.

By installing or using BuckUtils, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The short answer: we collect nothing.

The long answer: we collect nothing — not now, not ever, not under any circumstance, not even in aggregated, anonymized, pseudonymized, or de-identified form.

• Personal Identifiers — name, email, phone, ID numbers, date of birth, gender: not collected.
• Device Information — IMEI, MAC address, advertising ID, OS version, installed apps, hardware config: not collected.
• Location Data — GPS, IP-derived location, city, postal code: not collected.
• Usage Analytics — feature usage, session length, navigation patterns, crash reports, performance metrics: not collected.
• Financial Information — bank details, card numbers, transaction history: not collected.
• Health or Biometric Data — health records, voice recordings, facial recognition: not collected.
• Communication Content — notes, tasks, text entries, documents you create in-app: not collected.
• Third-Party Data — data from brokers, social platforms, ad networks: not purchased or received.

We have architected BuckUtils so that our servers do not exist in the data flow. There is no backend to receive data. There is no database. There is no analytics endpoint. There is nothing.

All data you create within BuckUtils is stored exclusively on your device using Android and iOS standard local storage mechanisms (SharedPreferences, local file system).

• Stored only on your device — preferences, profile info, tool usage history, notification settings, and personalization data never leave your device.
• Not backed up to our servers — we operate no cloud backup. If your OS offers backup (Google Drive / iCloud), that is governed by your OS vendor's policy, not ours.
• Deleted when you uninstall — all locally stored app data is permanently deleted per standard OS behavior. We never had a copy.
• Accessible only to you — protected by your device's hardware encryption, secure enclave, and OS app sandboxing. DigiTeCultra employees have zero access.

BuckUtils may request internet permission for optional features (e.g., app update checks). Even so:

• No data transmission occurs without your explicit action. The app makes no background calls transmitting user data, analytics, or telemetry.
• No analytics SDKs — Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Crashlytics, Sentry: none embedded.
• No advertising SDKs — no programmatic ad networks, retargeting pixels, or ad measurement tools.
• No social media SDKs — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn: none embedded.
• No remote feature flags — no A/B testing SDKs transmitting device data to third parties.
• PDF export, QR generation, and sharing operate locally and route through your device's native OS share sheet, not DigiTeCultra systems.
• Speech-to-text may use your device's built-in recognition (governed by your OS vendor's policy). BuckUtils transmits no voice data.

Because we collect no data, we share no data.

• We do not sell your data. We have no data to sell and never will.
• We do not share with advertisers, analytics companies, or business partners.
• We do not share with government agencies unless legally compelled — and even then we would have nothing to provide, because we hold nothing.
• We do not share in business transactions (acquisition, merger, insolvency) — there is no user database to transfer.

The only data that ever moves is data you explicitly choose to share via your device's native share sheet — between you and your chosen recipient. DigiTeCultra is not involved.

BuckUtils lets you set a profile name, avatar photo, and emoji. This data is used only to personalize your in-app experience:

• Profile photo — stored locally in the app's private storage. Never uploaded to any server. Never processed by DigiTeCultra systems.
• Name & emoji — stored in local SharedPreferences. Used only for personalized greetings in-app.
• PIN lock — stored locally in encrypted form. DigiTeCultra does not know your PIN and cannot recover or reset it.
• Notification preferences, theme, favorites — all stored locally, never transmitted.

To remove all data: uninstall the app, or clear app data via Settings → Apps. There is no separate cloud profile to delete.

BuckUtils is a general-purpose productivity toolkit intended for users of all ages. Because we collect no personal data from anyone — regardless of age — BuckUtils is fully compliant with:

• COPPA (USA) — no personal information collected from children under 13, or from anyone.
• GDPR-K (EU/EEA) — no personal data collected from minors or any user.
• UK GDPR & Children's Code — no data collection, no age-gating required.
• PIPEDA (Canada) — no personal information collected.

Parents and guardians can permit their children to use BuckUtils with full confidence that no personal information is being collected, profiled, or shared.

BuckUtils is available globally. Our privacy practices meet or exceed:

• EU & EEA — GDPR: we process no personal data, so no lawful basis is required. No DPA agreements, no cross-border transfer mechanisms needed.
• UK — UK GDPR: same as above.
• California — CCPA/CPRA: we collect no personal information. Nothing to access, delete, correct, or opt out of selling.
• Brazil — LGPD: we collect no personal data.
• India — DPDP Act 2023: we collect no digital personal data.
• Australia — Privacy Act 1988: no personal information collected.
• Canada — PIPEDA: no personal information collected.
• Singapore — PDPA: no personal data collected.

Regardless of where you are, your use of BuckUtils generates zero data in our systems — because there are no systems.

BuckUtils does not transmit or store data on external servers, so the traditional data breach attack surface simply does not exist for BuckUtils.

• Device-level encryption — modern Android and iOS devices encrypt local storage using hardware-backed encryption. BuckUtils leverages this automatically.
• App sandboxing — the OS enforces strict sandboxing. Other apps cannot access BuckUtils data without root/jailbreak.
• No server-side attack surface — there is no database to dump, no cloud bucket to misconfigure, no API endpoint to exploit.
• PIN lock feature — optional in-app PIN adds an additional access layer. Stored locally, never transmitted.

We recommend: keeping your OS up to date; enabling biometric/PIN device lock; using the in-app PIN lock feature; not rooting or jailbreaking your device.

Even though we collect no data, we are explicit about your rights:

• Right to Access — what data do we hold about you? None.
• Right to Correction — we hold no data. Update your in-app profile at any time within the app.
• Right to Deletion / Erasure — uninstall the app, or clear app data via Settings → Apps. Nothing to delete from our end.
• Right to Data Portability — your data lives on your device. BuckUtils export features (PDF, QR, share) let you export your data at any time.
• Right to Object / Opt Out — we process no data and sell no data. Inherently fulfilled.
• Right to Restrict Processing — no processing occurs beyond what happens locally on your device.
• Right to Withdraw Consent — no consent-based processing occurs. To stop entirely, uninstall.

BuckUtils may request permission to send local push notifications.

• Local notifications only — scheduled and generated entirely on your device using flutter_local_notifications. Not sent from a remote push server.
• No device token registered — DigiTeCultra does not operate a push notification server and does not receive your device token.
• Fully controllable — disable notifications via Settings → Notifications or within BuckUtils Notification Settings at any time.
• Content is local — what appears in notifications is content you configured in-app, generated on your device.

BuckUtils may request camera or photo library access to let you set a profile avatar.

• Selected photo is stored locally in the app's private storage sandbox.
• The photo is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with DigiTeCultra or any third party.
• Used solely to display your avatar within the app interface.
• Revoke permission anytime via Settings → Apps → BuckUtils → Permissions. This prevents new photo selection but does not affect the already-stored photo.
• To remove your profile photo entirely, change or delete it from Profile Settings within the app.

BuckUtils includes a speech-to-text feature that may request microphone access.

• Microphone access is requested only when you explicitly activate the speech-to-text function.
• Speech recognition may be processed by your device's OS built-in speech engine (Android/iOS). That processing is governed by your OS vendor's privacy policy (Google's or Apple's), not ours.
• DigiTeCultra does not receive, process, store, or transmit any voice data, audio recordings, or speech transcriptions. We have no speech recognition backend.
• Revoke microphone permission anytime via Settings → Apps → BuckUtils → Permissions.

BuckUtils is a native mobile application, not a website. It does not use browser cookies.

BuckUtils does not use: HTTP cookies · web beacons / tracking pixels · browser fingerprinting · canvas fingerprinting · supercookies · LocalStorage (web) · IndexedDB (web) · session replay scripts · heatmap tracking scripts · link tracking parameters · UTM parameter harvesting.

The app uses Android/iOS standard local storage (SharedPreferences) — a sandboxed, device-local key-value store. Categorically different from web cookies: not accessible by advertisers or other apps, never transmitted across the network.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in privacy laws, clarify existing disclosures, or describe new features.

• Material changes — if we genuinely change data practices, we will notify you via prominent in-app notice and update the "Last Updated" date.
• New data collection — if we ever introduce any form of data collection (even optional, even minimal), we will clearly disclose this and seek your explicit, informed consent before any such collection begins.
• Our commitment — we will never retroactively weaken privacy protections. But since we collect no data, this situation cannot arise.

The most current version is always accessible within BuckUtils under Profile → Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

DigiTeCultra is operated from Pakistan. For users located in other jurisdictions, local consumer protection and privacy laws may provide additional rights and protections. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable local law.

• EU/EEA users retain all GDPR rights.
• California users retain all CCPA/CPRA rights.
• All users retain rights afforded by their applicable local laws.
